§ 22-153. Topography and grading.

  • The slope, topography and geology of a site to be dedicated pursuant to the requirements of this article VIII, as well as its surroundings, must be suitable for the intended purpose of the site. Grading on every site dedicated for park and recreational uses shall not differ greatly from surrounding land. No removal of existing topsoil shall be permitted.
