All sites shall be dedicated in a condition ready for full service of electrical,
telecommunications, gas, water, sewer and streets (including curb and gutter and enclosed
drainage), as applicable to the location of the site, or acceptable provisions shall
be made therefor. Improvements to park and recreational lands shall be coordinated
with the village parks department and shall include without limitation site grading,
sodding or seeding, paved parking areas, and installation of playground equipment.
