§ 22-152. Combining with adjoining subdivisions.

If a subdivision, planned development or other development containing residential dwelling units is less than forty (40) acres in area, then a park and recreational land dedication or a school site land dedication may be combined with a dedication for the same purposes of land in an abutting subdivision, planned development or other Development containing residential dwelling units to produce a usable park or recreational area or school site.
