§ 22-55. Final plat applications.

An application for approval of a final plat of subdivision shall be filed with the plat officer on a form provided by the village, shall have the form and content provided in section 22-56 of this chapter, and shall include, without limitation, the following:

(1)

A copy of the approved preliminary plat.

(2)

Payment of the fees and escrow deposits required in any related agreement or in the annual fee ordinance.

(3)

Copies of all applications to other agencies having jurisdiction over the subdivision.

(4)

One (1) copy of the final plat on floppy disk in an electronic format compatible with the village's computer system, one (1) copy of the final plat on mylar, and twenty-six (26) paper prints of the final plat not exceeding twenty-four (24) inches by thirty-six (36) inches in size and drawn to a stated scale of not less than one (1) inch equals one hundred (100) feet nor more than one (1) inch equals twenty (20) feet.
