§ 22-53. Preliminary plat applications.

  • An application for approval of a preliminary plat of subdivision shall be filed with the plat officer on a form provided by the village, shall have the form and content provided in section 22-54 of this chapter, and shall include, without limitation, the following:

    (1)

    Payment of the fees and escrow deposits required in the annual fee ordinance.

    (2)

    Names and addresses of all owners of record of the property, of all beneficial owners of any land trust, of all consultants who will be involved in the subdivision review process, and of the developer.

    (3)

    Names and addresses of all owners of property located within two hundred fifty (250) feet of the property to be subdivided.

    (4)

    The permanent real estate index numbers of the property to be subdivided.

    (5)

    Copies of all applications to other agencies having jurisdiction over the subdivision.

    (6)

    One copy of the preliminary plat on mylar and twenty-six (26) paper prints of the preliminary plat, not exceeding twenty-four (24) inches by thirty-six (36) inches in size and drawn to a stated scale of not less than one (1) inch equals one hundred (100) feet nor more than one (1) inch equals twenty (20) feet.
