§ 22-90. Monuments.

Permanent monuments shall be placed at each corner or angle on the outside boundary of each lot. Each monument shall be constructed of concrete, shall have the dimensions six (6) inches × six (6) inches × thirty (30) inches, and shall have an iron pipe cast in the center. Pipes or other physical markers shall be placed at each intersection of street center lines. All U.S., state, county or other official benchmarks, monuments or triangulation stations in or adjacent to the property shall be preserved in precise position.
