§ 22-87. Street standards.

Latest version.

Every plat of subdivision shall provide by dedication for streets and public rights-of-way sufficient to serve all property within the subdivision. Such streets and rights-of-way shall:
(1)

Meet all village design standards and the requirements of section 22-109 of this chapter;

(2)

Conform to all requirements of the village's official comprehensive plan; and

(3)

Be designed to standards appropriate to the proposed use of the land to be served by them and to fully protect public safety and convenience.
