§ 22-57. Plats of vacation applications; form and contents.

Latest version.

An application for approval of a plat of vacation shall be filed with the plat officer on a form provided by the village. The plat of vacation shall be prepared in accordance with the requirements of Section 6 of the Illinois Plat Act, 765 ILCS 205/6, and shall have the form and content provided in section 22-56 of this chapter for final plats of subdivision.
