§ 22-51. Development applications.

Latest version.

An application for approval of a development shall be filed with the plat officer on a form provided by the village and shall include (i) payment of the fees and escrow deposits required in the annual fee ordinance, (ii) all information required for site plan approval, as applicable, by section 16-10 of the Libertyville Zoning Code, and (iii) all information, plans and specifications required for issuance of a building permit for the proposed development.
