§ 22-7. Severability.

The various provisions of this chapter shall be severable in accordance with the following rules:
(1)

Other provisions binding. If any court of competent jurisdiction shall adjudge any provision of this chapter to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect any other provisions of this chapter.

(2)

Other applications valid. If any court of competent jurisdiction shall adjudge invalid any application of any provision of this chapter to a particular parcel of land, such judgment shall not affect the application of such provision to any other parcel of land.
