§ 22-3. Jurisdiction.

The Libertyville Subdivision Code shall apply to every subdivision and development within the corporate limits of the village and within one and one-half (1½) miles of those corporate limits. Valid, binding boundary line agreements between the village and other municipalities may take precedence in establishing the village's jurisdiction in unincorporated areas within such one and one-half (1½) mile area.
